This notice explains how HDUSA handles the information you provide through the supplier-registration form. It applies only to this form.

Information we collect

Company details you enter — such as company name, address, website, business identifiers (e.g. UEI, DUNS, EIN, CAGE), NAICS codes, certifications, business size, and the capabilities you describe.
Your contact details — name, email address, and phone number.
Limited technical data used only to protect the form from automated abuse — your IP address and a bot-challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) token.

How we use it

To review and process your supplier registration.
To verify eligibility, which may include checking limited identifiers against publicly available U.S. government sources (for example SAM.gov exclusions, the Consolidated Screening List, and federal award history).
To contact you about your submission.

How we share it

Your information is available to HDUSA supply-chain and review personnel involved in supplier evaluation. Limited identifiers may be sent to the public government screening sources noted above. We do not sell your information.

Retention

We retain the information for as long as needed to evaluate and manage supplier relationships and to meet HDUSA’s recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

Marketing communications are optional — the “receive communications” checkbox on the form is not required to submit. To ask about the information you submitted, reply to the confirmation email you receive after submitting.

This is a general notice provided for transparency and may be updated from time to time; the date above reflects the current version. It is not a substitute for any specific agreement you may enter into with HDUSA.
