Submitting this form does not create any contract, partnership, or other obligation. HDUSA evaluates and selects suppliers at its sole discretion and may decline, defer, or not respond to any submission.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false or misleading information, upload malicious content, or attempt to probe, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to this service.
Availability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. HDUSA may modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time.
